Clean your pieces with warm water, a drop of mild soap and a soft brush, then rinse and dry with a lint-free cloth. Moonstone, peridot and garnet are softer than topaz, so take them off before the gym, gardening or household cleaning, keep them away from harsh chemicals, and skip ultrasonic and steam cleaners for moonstone and peridot. Store each piece separately in a soft pouch so harder stones cannot scratch softer ones.
